Dear FAmily,
It was just super duper talking to everyone today. i was really sad
to have so little time to talk to sara but i think ill call her first
on christmas to make up for it. Im just doing awsome, im gonna write
these emails then go play some soccer so it should be fun. This
morning the whole zone went over to the lawsons (the senior missionary
couple) and they made everyone a pancake breakfast. i am starting to
love them more and more. i cant wait to be a senior missionary, we
need so many more than we have, everyone just loves them and they are
so busy just saving so many incomplete families, its awsome, and we
help them any way we can.
So other than that nothing new, were just a couple of machines
down here, doing what machines do. im gonna try to send some pictures
this week if i can so you can all see beautiful catamarca ( i love it
here)

We can avenge them! No Alex, theyre just kids! May 7, 2012
Hello Family.
Had a good week. You guys would all love the senior couple of
missionaries all the way out here in catamarca. the lawsons is their
name, and theyre super great. they have about 9 months left in their
mission and everyone loves them. they invited me and elder bethers
over for lunch on wednesday, and Sister Lawson made Cornbread and
Chili, and chocolate chip cookie bars, i about died, for real. They
work really hard and their work is going to end up making a big
difference here.
WE had a good, hard week. We got three people in Church
yesterday, but were gonna have to keep working with the family before
we do any baptizing. will keep you posted on that. Everything is going
well though. I got some letters from Asher and Mia, and will be
writing replies this week. im so glad they have been such faithful
writers. i think that what goes around comes around. except for me.
ive always been a terrible writer, but everyone has been really good
about it for me, im just lucky i guess, but thats no suprise. it will
be fun to call and talk this sunday, hope yall are there to answer it
eh? im gonna be calling on the home phone at 4 my time. anyway. gotta
go. hope all is good. enjoy the greatest month of the year!

Out in the Desert they Wander. April 30, 2012
EHOLLO! thats spanish! no its not! im in a huge hurry. my new area is
awsome, i share it with 3 other elders. my companion says hi mom, and
we are all getting along great and working so hard. this has been an
awsome week and this will be my best transfer by far. ive just been
smashing personal goals because ive just had my eyes opened to using
time wisely. there is no way we will be able to avoid success with as
hard as were working. the people up here are super humble and
freindly, and lazy, so we have our work cut out for us, but who is
this uncircumcized philistine to come and challenge the army of the
god of israel? that was badly miss quoted. but you know what i mean.
im loving live, and its all good. i hope people are writing me.

Throw down the camera, and it'll all be okay. April 23, 2012
So. Got transfered. I was very sad to leave almafuerte yesterday, but
i feel really good, because when we got there it wa sdead, and now
theyre baptizing, and the people there are growing, and its great. so
theres that.
I spent saturday night throwing up, and last night on a bus the
whole night. im way up north, in a province called CATAMARCA, and its
notorious for being really hot, but its almost winter so i hope i will
survive. mail takes alot longer to get up here. send now so ill get it
later!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KASSIDI! April 16, 2012
Things are good here. WE ended up not having intergviews with
presidant, me and elder hruska. they took a wrong road and got here
late so they only had time to interview the two elders from rio
tercero. either they pop up tonight or tomorrow, or we just arent
getting interviews for another 3 months. kind of a bumber, but were
tough guys so its whatever.
The work is really good, we found a whole bunch of new
investigators last week and were gonna have our arms full all week. i
hope everyone is doing awsome.
Yesterday was one of the best sacrament meetings weve had. HErmana
Gimenez finally realized that she can take her kids out when theyre
screaming, so i could actually hear the talks, and they were great!
The high councilor came and gave a talk on Christs last 48 hours, and
it was very strong, we all felt better afterwards. And he LIVES! i
watched one of those new videos theyre doing on Hermana Lopez´s
computer, the 7 minute one for easter, i think its called "he is
risen". anyone who hasnt seen it should, i thought they did a really
good job, and i wish we could just show it to everyone.

Oh the beehives are buzzin. April 9, 2012
Its starting to cool down! i think fall is only a few months away!!!!
so we had a great week, really busy. My companion and i spoke
in Church, and writing the talk was a very good experience for me, so
i suggest that everyone writes a talk on the teachings of Christ this
week. someone will ask you to give it one day, im sure.
Anyway, WEre doing well but very short on time. Interviews
with Presidant this wednesday, so i will have a chance to receive a
letter! only thing is, they dont get to me until people send them!
lets hope this time i get more than last time eh? the only one that
wrote me was Ellen, and i was so greatful and now im gonna write her
an awsome letter. thats how i roll.

Conference. April, 2, 2012
Dear Family,
Conferance is amazing. it shows you how much more beautiful
life can still get, and it also can make us sad when we really notice
all the empty seats. Graciela came to conferance on sunday. Last
thursday, we talked for an hour in her dining room. she was crying,
because she is tired of always being sick, feels cursed for having
epilepsy and so many other problems, is trying to fix her family but
gets discouraged, and has stopped eating almost completely. i told her
as strongly as i could "You HAVE to eat". shes trying, she doesnt have
an appetite or any real idea of how good things could be for her if
she took care of herself. well she didnt until sunday, for the talks
for elder Nelson, Elder Rasband, Elder Ballard, and the prophet. she
was crying the whole time. she only came to know if he was really a
prophet, and what ended up happening was nothing short of life
changing, i have no doubt. it was a littly miracle for us, and her.
and we needed it. our single mother new convert with a young
handicapped son wasnt there, not for the sunday talks, or for elder
baxters talk for single parents. the church was empty saturday. i felt
so great walking out of our little closet when we were watching in
english, and then just stopped and starred as i saw the big room, with
nothing but empty seats. we invited so many people- so many MEMBERS!
we went out into the streets of rio tercero, since thats where
conferance was. we invited anyone and everyone. Sunday we had more
members, and it went better, but its just so bittersweet to be filled
with such a spirit, and have so many prayers answered, and then see
how nobody came to feel that, and most people arent going to let me
share it with them. im really not whining, i just hope that anyone who
reads this agrees with me on the absolute necessity of listening to
the Prophets, and to know what God wants for us in our individual
lives right now. if anyone missed a session, id rather you be on
lds.org watching it than reading this email.
I love being a part of the Church of Jesus Christ, and im
greatful to be able to partake of His gospel. I know that our Prophet
speaks His words, and that the Holy Ghost can teach us what they mean
for us. I know that, because it happens to me every time, in such a
real way.
Id love to hear a quick message from anyone about their
favorite talk or a good experience they had this weekend, something i
can share with people here meybe. I personally loved Elder Scotts on
Saturday, and Elder Andersons on Sunday, and i cant wait for the
magazine to come out so that i can read and re read them.
